On November 9th, the Brazilian Federal Highway Police (PRF) seized 224 illegally transported e-cigarettes from a long-distance bus in Guaraí/TO city.
During an inspection of a Scania/Mpolo Paradiso bus on BR 153 highway, the Federal Highway Police (PRF) team discovered a box containing 224 e-cigarettes in the luggage compartment. It was determined that these e-cigarettes were being unlawfully transported.
After thorough investigation, it has been preliminarily determined that this action constitutes a case of smuggling. All confiscated goods have been delivered to the Federal Revenue Office Police in Palmas/TO, who will initiate the necessary legal procedures to address the situation.
