According to a Yahoo News report on December 19, two shops located on Highway 88 in New Jersey have been found by the police to be selling and distributing illegal THC products. The Brick Township Police concluded an investigation into the sale of THC e-cigarette products on Thursday and found Welsh Farms and Pantry Farm to be involved in the illegal activities.
Police have reported that Sarajbit Kaur, a 46-year-old Brick resident, has been arrested and charged with five counts of distributing THC products, attempting to distribute THC products, two counts of possession of prescription legend drugs, and money laundering. Kaur was released on a summons after being processed.
According to the police, a 61-year-old man named Mannu Prasad has been arrested and charged with three counts of conspiracy to distribute THC products, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances in the form of sertraline, and money laundering. Prasad has been processed and released on bail after being served a subpoena.
