According to an article in American media outlet WTCA on November 20th, Annette Haining, the tobacco education coordinator for Marshall County, made a speech to the Bourbon Town Council last week, seeking their support for making parks smoke-free. In order to gather evidence for her argument, Haining personally conducted on-site research at the park and found that there were no clear signage prohibiting smoking in the area.
