China’s e-cigarette exports to the Philippines in October 2023 amounted to approximately $16.83 million, marking a 5.76% decrease month-on-month but a 65.62% increase year-on-year.
According to updated trade data from the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, 2FIRSTS has analyzed the e-cigarette export statistics from China to the Philippines in October 2023. The details are as follows:
Export volume reached approximately 16.83 million US dollars, experiencing a decrease of 5.76% compared to the previous period, but showing a significant year-on-year growth of 65.62%.
The export volume decreased by approximately 397 tons, a decline of 2.85% compared to the previous period, while exhibiting a year-on-year increase of 109.19%.
The export unit price has decreased by 2.99% compared to the previous period and by 20.83% compared to the same period last year, reaching $42.35 per kilogram. The average price of “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vapor devices” is $4.46 per unit.
Among them, “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizing devices” account for 6.74% of the export product categories, while “non-combustible products containing nicotine that do not contain tobacco or reconstituted tobacco” account for 93.26%.
